Tortelli stuffed with scallops and coriander served on a green pea puree with crushed hazelnuts

Filetto di Manzo in Crosta di Pistachio
Grilled beef fillet with a fine pistachio crust served with a veal and red wine reduction on a potato rosti

Tris di Cioccolato e Fragole
A chocolate medley of a coffee and chocolate truffle, white chocolate mousse with strawberry dust and a dark chocolate brownie on a rich strawberry coulis
